Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Sent police report, incident report, photos, then sent English translation of police report (original from our police station), sent video of opening the package, reported missing items to UPS (they make claim on amazon), constant contact with Amazon...it cost me a lot of nerves.
After almost 20 days of constant contact with the customer support the matter was finally resolved!!!We sent them exactly everything they asked for several times - a police report in English (the original document was translated into English by our police station, thank God we have friendly police officers who were not obliged to do this, but they did anyway!), an incident report and a description of the course of events and a video of opening the package (where you can see that the phone is not inside). On March 25, 2024, I again "harassed" the customer support on the chat, who kept repeating: "police report could not be verified, police report is not valid, please send verified police report" and they hung up on me.
I didn't give up and contacted CS on chat again and this time - to my big surprise - they approved the refund!!!
I don't know what the reason was, did someone finally check the sent documents, did they see my video, or was it because we reported the missing items to UPS who also filled a claim or they finally found someone who understood English. I am grateful that the matter is resolved, but the extremely bad feeling still remains and the fact that I was treated like a criminal all along!I will definitely never order anything from Spanish Amazon again.
So, today (25.3.2024) I contacted Amazon again and Amazon is lying that the police report I sent was not valid, customer service is also deceiving that the sent police report is not VALID??? An original electronically signed document from the Slovenian police (IN ENGLISH) was sent!!!
I can not believe this, they stole my money!!! Beware of the fraudulent practice on Spanish Amazon!
I am attaching the chat print-screens for all to see how they gave me the runaround. The person did not speak English, so I had to use google translate to write and translate back to English....
Update 24.3.24:After a few days of silence from Amazon I finally got lucky and spoke to someone on CS chat who understood English, so he said the police report has to be in English or Spanish (no one could tell us this before?!)...so it took a lot of persuasion at the local police station and they found someone who was willing to translate the whole police report into English.On 15.3.2024 we sent the complete documentation again, including English police report on ***, but no reply to this day (24.3.2024)!On 20.3.2024 I again contacted the customer support on *** chat and the person I chatted with assured me all will be resolved as soon as they get the English police report.Because the time frame for UPS claim is also running out (we have to make claim until 26.3.2024), today, on 24.3.34, we decided to finally open the package and video record it.As you can see from video, inside was ONLY phone case for Pixel, and also there is NO Amazon packing slip inside! Video is also public on youtube: https://***/watch?v=b7r8iONeeNEI am deeply frustrated and very sad, because now I am solving something that is not my fault and I have less and less hope that Amazon will ship the phone or refund the money.
when package arrived on 6.3.2024 it was suspiciously light (phone should weigh 213g alone, package was in total 111g).
I have not opened it jet, I assume only phone-case or only cardboard box is inside. I immediately contacted and made a complaint through their customer service platform, customer support was very rude, at the end someone wrote three times: police report! police report!
police report! I then received email from Amazon, telling me to file a police report for theft, which I did and on the same day sent it to them.
Now they are giving me the runaround, e-mails I get are all generic, starting with "We couldn't verify the details of the Police Report you provided. Therefore, we're unable to assist you any further in this matter." I'm sure they can't, because the report was in my language (Slovenian)...there almost no-one speaks English, also customer support - I had to use google translate from English to Spanish otherwise they cut me off almost instantly.
The way this is going I have little hope of getting the phone or at least the money back, I don't dare to open the package because then I don't have proof that the missing content is not my fault.
I think it's either Amazon's fault or UPS's fault, but they're playing dumb and treat me like a criminal.
Never again will I order from Spanish Am**on!

I purchased a memory card worth 150 euros from Amazon Spain, but it was never delivered. Immediately after the expected delivery date, I contacted customer service.
They kept me waiting for weeks, repeatedly promising that I would receive the item in a few days. After giving up, I bought another memory card from a store. For six months, I have contacted Amazon over 20 times to request a refund. Each time, an agent tells me to wait 5-7 business days, but the refund never arrives.
Today, an agent rudely told me the case was closed and I would not receive my money back. Despite asking for an English-speaking representative or a physical office to visit, I received no help. Amazon, the largest company in the world, refuses to refund my money or solve my problem, and the customer service agents are very rude. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

Inmediatamente después de la fecha de entrega prevista, contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente. Me hicieron esperar durante semanas, prometiéndome repetidamente que recibiría el artículo en unos días. Después de desistir, compré otra tarjeta de memoria en una tienda. Durante seis meses, he contactado con Amazon más de 20 veces para solicitar un reembolso.
Cada vez, un agente me dice que espere de 5 a 7 días hábiles, pero el reembolso nunca llega. Hoy, un agente me dijo groseramente que el caso estaba cerrado y que no recibiría mi dinero de vuelta. A pesar de pedir un representante que hable inglés o una oficina física para visitar, no recibí ayuda.

I am writing to complain about the fact that Amazon.es has issued a refund for a returned purchase as a virtual balance on Amazon without my authorization. When I complained and asked for the amount to be credited back to my Visa (the original method with which the purchase was paid), I was told that it was not possible to transfer virtual money to a Visa bank account.
As of today, Amazon.es is in possession of a balance of 22.12, which they refuse to credit to my Visa account.
Instead, they insist on putting it into a virtual balance that forces me to use that money on Amazon.
This constitutes an abuse of trust perpetrated by Amazon. They have assumed the liberty to manage my money without my authorization, forcing me to use the returned amount for Amazon purchases.

My problem was that the account I had was registered to a phone number 64170**** that no longer exists. And the email was not linked. Accordingly, I was not able to log into the account to cancel the Amazon subscription. On May 16, I received a call from support and was informed that the subscription was canceled.

I bought a couple of items, then two days later, I bought some other things. Obviously, these were two separate orders.
Amazon.es held the first order and bundled it with the last order to save on shipping. This was acceptable, but they never shipped. On the CTT Express site, the transporter shows that the tracking number is not valid, meaning they never received the package to deliver. Amazon.es wants me to call the police!
That makes no sense since there is no proof that the package was shipped in the first place.
So, Amazon.es did not help me at all. I called my credit card company and contacted the vendors of the items I purchased to let them know of the situation.

Ha de preguntar a Amazon.. Esses meus pedidos cancelados não aparecem nos meus pedidos.
E gostaria de ter um restreio de como está indo esses meus 2 reembolsos , de total de 325,80 que tenho de receber . Ou um comprovativo de que irei ser mesmo reembolsada.
