Package delivered but not received

Im trying to call, the recorded call lead me to the customer service app on amazon. So no help is provided. I want on of the customer service to pick and explain to him my problem to be solved.

Amazon in Spain sucks. Find another Spanish supplier w/free delivery.

Everytime I bought something over €150, my acct was locked! This went on for 5 weeks. They "opened" my acct once, after daily emails from me A cabinet that I ordered is missing parts. Can't even return it.

Now out €80. Spanish phone #s listed online are ALL out of service.

Screw Amazon. You'll never get my biz again, you jodidos.

Horrible, sucky, discouraging, infuriating, tiring, and much, much more!

Moved to Spain. Am furnishing household.

Ordered ~1000.00 worth of goods. Amazon put my account on hold due to "suspicious" activity. They asked for copies of last 4 digits of credit card and bank statement showing prior Amazon purchases. Have sent them this info about 20 times over last month.

They canceled (arbitrarily) half of my orders. Said they would "review my account " and get back to me.Next message from them said "account closed!" No explanation. Nada. I have at least 1000.00 worth of more household goods that I need to order.

Cannot get human on phone and chat is ALWAYS down. Am pissed as **** You'd think they'd want my continued business! Have been customer in US for many years and never had a problem. Spoke with my bank and they said there was no issue with any of my accounts.

Am mystified about how to get account back. Any suggestions? Help!

And Amazon, I hate you with a passion reserved for only the most evil and corrupt companies on earth. If I had other delivery options, I would NEVER use your company again!!

This item was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday when we were in all day, but it did not arrive.

We were out all day today when we received a phone call from your driver and instructed him to throw the item over the fence, which is secure and has always been the case with all Amazon, Zoo Plus, CCT, and many other couriers.

I am extremely annoyed by this very poor service, as this item is required urgently for sick animal care.

We will only be available tomorrow between 7 am and 11 am, then 6 pm to 9 pm; in the meantime, we will not be placing further orders with Amazon until we feel confident enough to do so.

I await your urgent response.

Se suponía que este artículo se entregaría el martes, día en que estuvimos en casa todo el día, pero no llegó.

Hoy, mientras estábamos fuera todo el día, recibimos una llamada de su repartidor y le indicamos que lanzara el artículo por encima de la valla, que es segura y siempre se utiliza con Amazon, Zoo Plus, CCT y muchas otras empresas de mensajería.

Estoy sumamente molesto por este pésimo servicio, ya que este artículo es urgentemente necesario para el cuidado de un animal enfermo.

Mañana solo estaremos disponibles de 7:00 a 11:00 y de 18:00 a 21:00. Mientras tanto, no realizaremos más pedidos a Amazon hasta que nos sintamos seguros de hacerlo.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Refund as I did not receive the goods. It took a while to get to the correct place and person but once I did a satisfactory result was had.

I had kept track of the parcel as it was a Sunday we were in all day , the moment the message came through to say parcel had been delivered and handed to the resident I immediately went tried to contact Amazon to say It has NOT been delivered here to me ! Eventually I managed to speak to an agent who was very helpful I sent a email to Amazon and I am yet to hear back from them !

why don't you actually do your job? take customers' phone calls, have a chat that actually functions, have phone numbers that don't end up with a recording that 'this number is not in service.' why???

Amazon Spain owes me 295 for a 5G router that Paack lied about delivering. After 9 email addresses, 1 telephone number, the chat line, and X, I've not had meaningful contact from an actual human being.

This was the second item in 2025 that Paack said they had delivered but hadn't. I got a refund for the first, but apparently, if a carrier loses or steals 2 items in the same year, the customer has violated Amazon's refund and returns conditions and, in their view, must take the hit. I literally cannot get a sentient being to review the matter, see that I have spent over 5000 with Amazon.es in 5 years, and have had no issues until now. Paack is notoriously bad, and both times I had an issue it was with them.

Amazon is dumb enough to send out big-ticket items without asking for proof of delivery. As a result, they are breaking EU law. Unfortunately, it's down to member states to enforce it, and Portugal doesn't bother.

I'm pulling together the paperwork for a letter before action to Amazon's legal department. Meanwhile, if you live in Portugal, Temu proudly advertises delivery fulfillment by CTT, and I've never had a problem with them.
