I cannot access my account today, using the password that was changed on 25 April 2025. This means I cannot notify you of a problem with this order using the usual links via my account.
You need to try and enable me to resume purchasing with my account, please.
If you can assure Easydeco, I am satisfied with the product but would be grateful if they could just send the fittings I identified in the photograph of the instructions attached to my email; this matter could be cleared up quickly.
User's recommendation: Tell Amazon to make it easier to contact them if the password malfunctions. The present security ( gone mad) is just too onerous. In this case I had to contact the company direct. That should not be necessary. It means Amazon could be perceived as avoiding their responsibility. That is unfortunate as I have been a frequent customer over many years. It seems lately, things have changed, and not in favour of the customer.

I still didn’t receive refund or any reply from customer service,even after more than 15 calls.Every time they say:”We will reply to you within 24-48h,after investigation” and they never do.Anyone have direct email of phone number,because phone number for Spain doesn’t accept calls.
So, there were technical problems, for which I never received any assistance or help. After talking to online chat support, who advised me not to cancel my orders and ensured that items would be delivered to the correct address, this never happened. No support was given, only pure misleading of customers. After each chat support, I was promised that I would get help within 24-48 hours, but now it's been 10 days, and no help or assistance has ever been given.
Items were delivered to an old non-existent address. It's clear now that this was their intention all along. I tried contacting telephone customer support, which no longer provides any assistance and refers me back to online chat support. The support not only lacks competence to help with any problems, from technical to order issues, but they also give false information and promises.
It's nothing more than a pure scam that Amazon has turned into. It's disgusting. I wouldn't advise anyone to order anything from them. Amazon used to have a reputation for taking care of their customers.
I guess that doesn’t matter to them anymore. If I do not receive a refund for my items and an apology, I will never use their services ever again, and I will be happy to file a complaint with consumer protection.

I spent hours trying to solve it yesterday, then I found someone to contact today - but this was in the USA, he send me the correct link and after managing to log out of the account I have asked you to delete (may@***.com) - then the rest went well
3 packs of the coffee capsules were damaged. I tried to ask for a replacement, but I only get the message that this is not returnable.
I have 1.5 packs that I cannot use - please send me new ones. I was supposed to have a delivery before 1 o'clock and it just arrived at 5 o'clock.

I ordered some magnum opera boot on the 1 Feb and I paid an additional 19.90€ for urgent delivery on the 3rd or 4th of Feb. I have just been told that the payment had a problem.
Hav8ng paid again. Plus the extra for urgent delivery
It now the 24 Feb. The money left my account 07 Feb and still no package.
I'm sorry to say that the service from amazon has deteriorated recently. I enclosed a copy of the receipt of payment from the bank..

Nu sa rezolvat nimic !
Am comandat acest produs pe 13.12.2024 cu Amazon Prime (abonament). Amazon mi-a zis că produsul va fi livrat pe 26/27.12.2024.
Pentru mine a fost foarte important să primesc acest produs pe 27.12.2024.
Dar în seara de 27.12.2024 am primit un mesaj precum că produsul va ajunge pe 01/02.01.2025.
Și am fost nevoit să anulez acest produs pentru că aveam nevoie de el pe 28.12.2024, ca să pun cauciucurile la mașină și să plec în vacanță să întâlnesc revelionul.
Dar din păcate nu s-a întâmplat asta.
Mi-au distrus revelionul și nici banii nu au întors! Voi depune o plângere la.

I don't speak Spanish, so there was no contact. The lady on the phone only spoke Spanish.
